The author interviewed Li Jian, who is in charge of the food and beverage service supervision and Management Department of the food and Drug Administration of our city, about whether plastic bags are easy to produce toxins and cause harm to people's health. He pointed out that there are special heat-resistant plastic bags, which are relatively expensive. Generally, the quality of plastic bags bought by snack stall owners can't be guaranteed. As for whether toxins will be produced, professional testing is needed to know. Although we are not sure whether the toxin will be produced, we still urge the public to eat as little as possible or not.
